This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices (the “Privacy Policy”) of Teamx Tec FZE.


In this Privacy Policy Teamx Tec FZE a company registered with Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) Dubai, holding License No 3066, shall be referred to as (“XCart”, “We” , “Us”) and registered users, unregistered visitors of the website (the “Site”) shall be referred as (“You”, “Your”, “Customer”,User”).


This Privacy Policy sets out the reasons as to why and how we gather, store, transfer and disclose your personal information and how you can access your personal information and correct it and is made effective on the date of your visit of the Site. 


This Privacy Policy is not intended to override the terms of any contract you have with us, nor any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws.


Prior to accessing or using our services through the Site (the “Services”), please read this policy and make sure you fully understand our practices in relation to your Personal Information.  If you read and fully understand this Privacy Policy, and remain opposed to our practices, you must immediately leave and discontinue all use of our Services.

Information we collect from other sources:.We may receive Personal Information about you from third-party sources, such as i) security providers, fraud detection and prevention providers for example to help us screen out users associated with fraud, ii) social media platforms, when you log-in or sign-up using your social media account, we may receive Personal Information from that service (e.g., your username, basic profile Personal Information) and in some cases, we may collect Personal Information from lead enhancement companies which help us to improve our service offering; iii) advertising and marketing partners in order to monitor, manage and measure our ad campaigns.


  1. For what purpose does XCart use your Personal Information?


We collect information from you so that you can receive full benefit of our Site and Services. Subject to this Privacy Policy and your data preference, we may use the information we collect from you for some or all of the following purposes:


  1. To carry out our obligations and to provide you with agreed Services;
  2. For administration purpose or to improve our Site to serve you better;

Your details & personal information will not be supplied to any third party without your express consent, for the purpose of the Third party’s direct marketing.


All our Site’s financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers. We will disclose your information with our payment service providers only for the purposes of processing payments made by you through our Site,and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.
